Each dry camp site may have a maximum of six people and may have two tents or one RV plus one tent.
Quiet time is from 10 PM to 8 AM.
Please do not use generators or stereos/radios, or loud partying during this time.
Please keep pets on a leash at all times and clean up after them. This includes pets being on a leash when in your campsite with you.
All pets must be in a kennel or secured in a vehicle/RV when the owner is not in the campsite.
The beach for public use is directly next to the restaurant. Dogs are allowed on the beach, but please keep them on a leash when they are not swimming.
NO outside alcohol is not permitted on the beach. If you would like to drink on the beach, please purchase drinks from the restaurant.
The marina and campground are separate from The Crossing at Willow Bay. As requested by the Homeowners Association, campers are not allowed to walk on the trails or through the gated community.
Seasonal RVs may have one tent on their site free-of-charge. If more than one tent is needed, there will be a charge of $16.20 per night.
Please dispose of any trash in the nearby large unlocked green dumpster.
Please do not go beyond the water spigots in the dry camping field.
Campfires need to be in fire pits, out in the open away from trees. Propane fire pits are best. Keep water nearby to maintain safety.
FIREWORKS OF ANY KIND ARE NOT PERMITTED!
🛥️ Marina Rules:
No running on or jumping off the docks.
Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
All items for the boat must remain on the boat. There cannot be chairs, water toys, or barbeques on the dock at any time as they are a safety hazard. Additionally, please keep shoes out of the way if not taking them on the boat.
One slip, one boat. If you have a jet ski or other water toy, you cannot tie them to the dock within your slip. You must rent an additional boat slip or jet ski slip.
If you want to spend the day on the beach, you can use the one directly next to the restaurant. The one below the Owners Residence is a private beach for residents of The Crossing, a gated community.
No fuel containers, such as jerry cans or otherwise may be transported on docks to fuel boats.
We maintain the right to refuse service.
⚠️ New County Law: There is a “No Wake” zone 200ft from the farthest dock or shoreline. This is a finable offense, so please be aware of this change.
